Welcome to the 2010 season of Healdsburg Bulldogs football and cheer.

To register online you must complete the following steps:

1. Complete the online registration form
2. Make a secure payment through the Website
   (or bring a check to one of our in-person sign-ups at Rec. Park; dates below)
3. Print and fill out the following forms:
   • 2010 Player/Parent Contract and Adult Code of Ethics
   • 2010 Medical Clearance
   • NBYFC Academic Application
   • HBYFC Zero Tolerance Policy
   • HBYFC Transportation Permission (optional)
4. Submit hard copies of the forms above, as well as:
   • An original certified birth certificate for authentication and a photocopy of the birth certificate for our records (new players only)
   • Photocopy of a current report card
   • Payment of $50 for the Parent Participation Fee (Fee is refundable at the end of the season after assigned volunteer duties have been completed; returning players may apply their $50 credit from the 2009 season)
5. FORMS MUST BE DROPPED OFF at the Rec. Park Bleachers
   (behind the baseball field) during one of the following times:
   • Sunday, March 21, 2010 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
   • Sunday, April 25, 2010 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
   • Sunday, June 6, 2010 10 a.m. to noon
6. Sign-up/select your volunteer duties when dropping off paperwork at Rec. Park
